Trying to translate recipe hope it makes some sense, gives you about 25 buns, feel free to ask if there is any questions :-)
dough filling
25 gram yeast 50 gram butter
75 gram butter 0,5 deciliter sugar
2,5 deciliter milk 1 tablespoon cinnamon
0,5 deciliter sugar
1 tablespoon caradamom
7 deciliter wheatflour
Make the dough, let it rise for about 30 minutes. Mix the filling (soft butter)
Roll out the dough to about 20x50 centimeters and spread the filling on it,
cut in slices about 1,5 centimeters thick and put on a baking tin.
Rise again for about 30 minutes. Sread a mixed egg on top of the buns (not necessary but makes them look a bit glossy) and bake for about 8-10 minutes in 225 degrees
good Luck if you want to try!!
